Common questions

A food is not in the table. Ounce prices foods from a built in table. Pick the closest match from the suggestions, or scan the barcode if the food is packaged.

The price looks wrong. Prices are United States estimates. Type what you paid on any line and Ounce uses that instead.

Restore a subscription. Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Plus follows your Apple ID.

Cancel a subscription. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
